Great costumer service even before booking they answered all my questions, always very kind and polite. Helped me with all activities and booking that I needed, such as tours and transfer to the airport. All the employees are very friendly and ready to help. The room was great, clean and organized. Great Breakfast with many options everyday. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making my trip even better!!!

I have no complaints and struggle to see how anyone could! Stayed with my girlfriend and have frankly never received such a high level of hospitality. They manage to do this in such a relaxed manor true essence of family run, any request was arranged in moments! Warm welcomes on arrival gifting us a complementary breakfast upon arriving 7 hours before check in, allowing us too continue using the facilities on departure that features they're roof top pool in a quiet sun trap, with a wicked view! Would definitely stay again 5 STAR. Also the breakfast is exactly what you need to start a day or to come back too after a balloon tour or horse ride.

All the Staff were super friendly & helpful. The hotel was amazing, rooms were beautiful & very clean. Roof terrace was superb to view balloons & also to sit & relax with a beer from the bar. The pool was great especially after being out on a tour all day. The breakfast was amazing too 😘. Location of the hotel was good too. Loved it. Would definitely go back for a few days to chill out & relax.

We read the reviews prior to booking, and the place looks just like the pictures. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. It's a family owned hotel, and they do their best to accommodate guest. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was located on 1st floor right next to road so it was a bit loud during the day. I made a request to the hotel to make arrangements for shuttle transportation to and from the airport, and the price at the time was 10 euros per trip and per person. A simple delicious breakfast was included in our package, and they will prepare an omelet on demand. You can see hot air balloons from the terrace of the hotel. The hotel sold us the green and red tours, and the price at the time was 55 euros per tour per person, and it includes lunch and transportation. However, you can check prices at shops downtown before booking with the hotel. The tour guide takes you to tourist attractions and local shops. The green tour includes Kem Art Center, and I felt it was a tourist trap since jewelry is overpriced. You can find the same jewelry at other shops in the town at a much cheaper price. I was charged 50 euros for a silver pendant necklace that cost 18 euro at a jewelry shop in the town. I would suggest you shop around at the shops in the town. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I also recommend LA Vida a la Carte restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious.

I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received when I accidentally left my phone behind. The staff promptly arranged for it to be sent to the airport via taxi, ensuring its safe return to me. Their swift response and willingness to go the extra mile truly exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, combined with the beautiful location, delectable breakfast, and excellent tours, make it a truly outstanding choice for anyone visiting. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional, and I am eager to return in the future.
